Blue Planet Window Cleaning provides window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel work if access is unsafe or conditions prevent us from completing the service. - Access
Customers must ensure clear, safe access around the property. If we cannot access areas that need cleaning, we will clean what we can, but the full charge will still apply. - Pricing & Payment
Quotes are based on property size and condition. Unless otherwise stated, quotes include cleaning the outsides only. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, card and cash. - Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If we do not receive any communication stating otherwise, we will take that as confirmation to proceed. If we cannot access the property, we will clean what we can and the full charge will be due. - Regular Cleaning
For regular cleaning schedules (e.g., 4 or 8 weeks), we aim to maintain consistent intervals, but weather and operational factors may cause occasional changes. - Weather Conditions
We operate in most weather conditions. If heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures or unsafe conditions occur, we may reschedule for safety. - Liability
We are fully insured and take care to avoid damage. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues such as loose fittings, failing seals, blocked gutters caused by structural defects, or fragile surfaces. If any windows or doors are not water-tight, please inform us before the clean. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed on the day of service and we cannot take responsibility for water ingress. - Customer Satisfaction
Our work is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge. - Privacy
All customer information (name, address, contact details) is kept confidential and used only for providing our services. We do not share customer details with third parties.
