What areas do you cover for regular window cleaning?
We offer professional window cleaning across St Albans, Radlett, Harpenden, Redbourn and Wheathampstead. We also cover St John’s Wood & Battersea.
How much does window cleaning cost?
Our prices start from £20, depending on size and style of the property. If you send us pictures of all sides of the property via text or WhatsApp we can provide an instant and accurate quote.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
We recommend 8 weekly cleans. This keeps windows looking their best without breaking the bank. We offer regular window cleaning every 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer. We will send our bank details on the day and ask that payment is made the same day. We also accept payment by cash or card.
Do you offer gutter cleaning services?
Yes. We provide a full gutter cleaning service using our gutter vac system which we operate from ground level. This prevents blockages and water damage. Although we clean and clear gutters which can include minor blockages, we don’t currently carry spares or offer gutter repairs. Gutter cleaning starts from £100 for a whole property.
Will you let me know when you're coming?
Yes, we aim to give as much notice as possible so you know when you expect us. We will also send a reminder text the evening before.
What cleaning method do you use?
We use a waterfed pole system. It uses a constant flow of purified water to effectively break down and rinse away the dirt, leaving streak-free windows without the need for any chemicals.
Can I cancel a clean?
You’re free to cancel, but please give us at least 24 hours notice. We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule. We will always do our best to accommodate our customers, we just ask that you let us know before the day of the clean. It’s good to bear in mind that as a business we have to prioritise our most regular and reliable customers, so it may be that we are unable to reschedule your clean until we’re next in your area. If you want to stop your regular cleans you can at any time, just let us know in writing via text message or email.
What happens if I forget to cancel?
If we haven’t heard from you and we can’t gain access on the day, we will clean as much as we can, but we will still need to charge the full amount due to having booked a dedicated slot for you in our schedule.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for domestic and commercial cleaning up to £5m. We would be happy to provide proof of our insurance on request.
Do you offer one off cleans?
Yes we can offer one off cleans. Pricing is calculated based on the price for a regular clean, plus an additional supplement as one off jobs usually have more dirt build up, take a bit longer and we need to use more water as a result.
Do you clean Velux windows?
Yes. If possible we wash them from outside using our 12M/35 foot pole which can reach most Velux windows from ground level. If some are awkward to reach we’re usually quite resourceful in trying to find an angle where we can clean it from. We like a challenge, so if you send us pictures we’ll generally do our best to help figure out a solution.
Do you clean insides?
Yes we can clean the insides of your windows. Unless specifically requested, our quotes will be for outsides only. The price to clean the insides is usually 2 – 3 times more than the outsides due to the fact that insides take 2 – 3 times longer.
